Glued façades

Installation of façades with mortar or glue cement have to be done by professionals with great experience with the material. It is very important to take a good decision regarding the thickness of the material depending on the weather conditions and the stainless steel anchoring system. The adhesive has to be deformable to be able to absorb movements of the support and the thermal expansions. In addition, the product must provide a high adhesion that guarantees a correct gluing.

THICKNESS

  • Thickness of the stone will vary depending on the final use of the stone. Likewise, cement based adhesive must be used in order to prevent the stone from humidity and efflorescence stains.

TREATMENT

  • If you wish to treat the stone surface “in-situ”, we recommend you to use a consolidating sealing treatment to keep the stone clean and to guarantee the effectiveness of its final use.
