So, today we present three of our latest projects in private villas. Each one with its own characteristics, and located in different countries: Germany, Kuwait and Spain.
Villa in Kuwait
With an architectural style between classical and baroque, this villa has large Ionic columns with capitals and lintels, along with a varied profusion of ornaments on the facade, very typical of the baroque style. The multitude of details makes it essential for this project to work with the utmost precision when working on the stone. All the details are made with Computerized Numerical Control or CNC technology, which guarantees to carry out on the natural stone blocks what the customer demands.
For this particular residential project, 3,500m2 of Bateig stone in its Diamante variety were used for the exterior facade, a snowy variety that contrasts perfectly with the landscaped area of the plot. The result is a stately and unique villa, built with a high quality, luxury material. A project that radiates exclusivity and opulence at a glance.
Villa in Alicante (Spain)
Among our customized villas, the following private villa located in Alicante, Spain stands out. For this project, 500m2 of Bateig stone of the Diamante variety were needed for the cladding of the exterior facade. In this project, the stone was also given a striped finish. It is a modern style private villa, with straight lines and a certain minimalist air, which in its simplicity is capable of capturing the attention of anyone.
Villa in Belgium (Germany)
Also modern in architectural style, this private villa presents the entire facade covered in natural stone Bateig Diamante. A total of 600m2 that perfectly combines the beige tones of this limestone material, along with the green area and large windows. It presents a modern and avant-garde architecture that , thanks to the natural stone, reinforces its presence and minimalist and timeless character.
