The next 24 and 27 September 2014 Bateig will be Marmomacc Verona. An international event whose presence is practically inexcusable and probably the most important event dedicated to companies in the natural stone and marble industry. This show is a great showcase it expects 60,000 visitors from over 100 different countries and has approximately 75,000 square meters of exhibition space and 15,000 exhibitors.

The event will highlight the best production traditions and innovation on a national and international scale, international projects and the expressive potential of stone materials in architecture and design. Design and technology meet at the fair a fundamental meeting place for better understanding of the evolution and current trends in the fields of stone and design.

This year the program includes cultural events, experiential workshops, conferences, seminars and exhibitions, such as ‚Living Stone‘, which will release the collaborative project between four architects of the Iberian Peninsula -Benedetta Tagliabue, Eduardo Souto de Moura, Josep Mias and Manuel Aires Mateus- paths developed with Italian marble companies. Industry professionals will also find, among others, the samples‘ Renzo Piano and Malta. A new stone facade for the new Parliament ‚and‘ Marmomacc & City ‚facilities and exposed stone sculptures along the streets of the city.
